My name is Tiffany McCoy, RN, BSN, and I am the Founder of Sensational Purple Butterfly Consulting. For more than 22
years, I have had the privilege of caring for individuals and
families across a variety of healthcare settings throughout
every stage of life.
Yet one truth has remained constant throughout my journey—children do not grow in isolation. When we strengthen parents,
we strengthen families. When we strengthen families, we
transform generations.
That belief became the foundation of Sensational Purple
Butterfly Consulting.
I created this organization to provide parents with something I believe every family deserves—compassionate support,
practical guidance, and evidence-based education
throughout their parenting journey.
Parenting is one of life's greatest privileges, but it can also be
one of its greatest challenges. Parents are often expected to
have all the answers while carrying the emotional, physical,
and mental responsibilities of raising children. Too often, they
are offered judgment instead of support or perfection instead
of connection.
I believe there is a better way.
One of the most important lessons I share with parents is
simple:
Your child doesn't need a perfect parent. Your child needs a connected one.
Connection creates safety. Connection builds confidence. Connection strengthens relationships. Connection lays the foundation for resilience, leadership, and lifelong learning.
My goal isn't to teach parents how to become perfect. My
goal is to help families become more intentional, more
confident, and more connected—one small step at a time.
